Enter existence with good grace
voluntarily and freely remain calm

Substances are part of consciousness.
is empty, uncreated, and unceasing
my mind rests in an uncreated state
like the rain falling in water

Natural unmodified clear and vibrant
relaxed, uncreated state of mind
time to get back to the level of existence
Pre-monitory signs recognizing each other

Avoid the ugly and dark
If you return in panic, a fearful state will follow.
If you strive to escape the dark unhappy state will follow.
If you come back in radiance, a happy state will follow.

Deconstructive patterns

By S. S.

Patterns are passed down from one generation to the next. These patterns perpetuate because they attach themselves to the soul of each lineage. It can be broken by knowing what they are and then applying spiritual principles to break them.

These behavioral patterns can be activated with or without anyone knowing about it – like mental viruses: most people don’t know they have one until they become depressed and can’t find any reason why.

These patterns are a living thought. This type of thought takes on a life of its own and can wreak havoc in your life. This applies to us all without regard for our religion or faith practices. This can take on a life of its own over time through thoughts and actions. It can be looked at from different angles from generation to generation, karma debts, quantic explanations, nurture shaping nature, etc.

It’s like a virus that finds a healthy host and lives in them, feeds them off, and eventually kills them. It is the mental equivalent of HIV.

Once the thought gains energy and traction in a community, person, or environment, this “mental virus” begins to solidify, ensuring that subsequent people experience the disease that the thought brings. It could bring poverty, close-mindedness, hate, youthful deaths, and deaths by a common cause (heart disease, cancer, diabetes, etc.)

When you lay in your worst thoughts in a sleepy state of mind, you embrace your most destructive thoughts.

If you hold onto an over, over again, it can become. This means that it can seem to think for itself. For example, you finally get a good job with good pay and a chance to get ahead in life. Soon, one issue after another appears; a relative dies without life insurance, you miss a payment by a day and get huge late fees and your car breaks down. You get laid off from the job and your vehicle is repossessed – all in a short amount of time. This is a cycle pattern.

These can be broken when they are exposed and you resist them by faith and actions like:

  • Laziness and selfishness pattern. You may deal with blaming others and not taking responsibility, being negative, and being stubborn and controlling. Answer: Keep yourself accountable.
  • Abuse of freedom, whether through indulgence or dominating others. You may deal with a lack of self-control, overindulgence, and commitment issues. Answer: Develop self-discipline and vulnerability with other people.
  • A strong ego, as well as relationship issues. You may have had many “failed” relationships, difficulty connecting to others, and an egotistical streak. Answer: Be more thoughtful of others and consider how you affect them.
  • When you abuse power, causing people suffering, you may be selfish, manipulative, narcissistic, and concerned with public appearances and perceived success. Answer: Make caring for others a priority.

You must understand that these thoughts will come into your mind; they will attempt to fool you into thinking that “it’s not that bad” or ‘you’re over-reacting” these are how you excuse this pattern to continue. Trying to make everything seem normal so you won’t do anything. Over time, this thought becomes a habit.

That habit becomes your reality, sharing that reality with all your family, friends, and community.

Be more, do more, and have more. But most people continued to relive past failures over and over… reliving their failures in the imagination first and then manifesting failure in their life. these thoughts are like chains over your life; they bring depression, thoughts of suicide, and thoughts about how horrible things are. To resist you must first recognize them as a thought pattern that has been activated in your life. Second, refuse it as a thought pattern. And lastly, remove yourself from old groups that hold you down in place within yourself and your lineage. It is critical to remove yourself as much as possible from any environment that “feeds” the negative thought.

There is someone who seems to “naturally” resist the curse. These are people who heard a word, saw an image, touched an enlightened mind, or tasted a drop of the good life and were inspired.

The pain of these defect patterns is one way they keep control over people’s lives – by getting them to continue thinking about the same negative things that were taught them to do. Because your mind is set to reproduce its most dominant thought. Thoughts become a habit and those habits become your reality. Then through your speech, actions, and emotions, they reflect in reality. This will continue on and on from now until you know how to break them.

How to break a pattern:

  1. Identify: You must first identify the pattern infecting you
  2. Recognize: Your concept of God matters. If you believe in a God who loves you conditionally – only when you are good – then this will fail. A belief in God that loves you unconditionally is required.
  3. Remember: God did not create you to exist. You were created to live. Life means Love, Peace, Health, and Prosperity. Refill your mind with your vision, thoughts, pictures, and words that show the life you want to live.
  4. Realize: Put your imagination to work.
  5. Release: Let Go and Let God

Diligently we become more aware to achieve spiritual progress.

Heaven is Love, Peace, Health, and Prosperity.

Once upon a time

By Vivianne Serendipia

Hay un cuento
Que contaban las abuelas
Que te puedo contar
Para que puedas dormir
donde la maldad se paga

Las lágrimas saladas
Mojaban mis mejillas
Los sueños que morian
Te siento en ese beso

Te siento en las ausencias
Te siento en los escombros
Que me lleno de pena
Te siento en el olvido

Te siento en el recuerdo
Te siento en cada parte
Te siento en todo el cuerpo
No importaran las formas

Ni la piel que te pongas
Ni cuando donde y como
El nombre

El nombre que te nombra…

Porque se que estas cerca
Te siento en carne viva
Me desperte llorando
Y supe que hoy volvias

Como el pájaro y el Sol
Yo te estoy buscando
Como la abeja y la miel
Te estoy llamando

Es diciembre y el jazmín brotando
Está y va perfumando
Este amor que yo sentí
Cuando te vi, ya está asomando

En la espuma te encontré
La noche estaba terminando
Me dijiste: ¿Vos, quién sos?

Te sabrán a Sol mis besos
El perfume de mi piel
Tendrá el olor del arbol
de la tierra a medio mojar

Y las flores se abrirán
Y se terminará tu invierno
Nuestro amor abra creciendo

once upon a time
me trajo un día el viento
me enseña a reír
da ganas de vivir
Donde las hadas existen
Y no hay corazones tristes
Y en abril surcan flores de colores mi jardín
Surcan flores de colores mi jardín

The color of your heartBy Vivianne Serendipia.8/20/22

Shapes won’t matter
Not even the skin you wear
Nor when, where, and how?
The name that names you

Like the bird goes to the Sun,
so I am, I am looking for you
Like the bee and the honey,
so I was, I’m calling you

In the foam of the ocean,
I found your soul reflecting
the night was ending
in a second, life stopped
forever in your energy

the wind brought me one day
it taught me how to laugh
when dreams are the illusion
letting spring appear again

I felt like you didn’t come back
sensing you in that kiss,
in the absences, in the rubble
in oblivion, inside my memory

Shapes won’t matter
Not even the skin you wear
Nor when, where and how?
The name that names you

I know you’re close
I feel you raw,
knowing your back

A tiny little place of vulnerability
Like foam and salted breeze
and flowers feel safe to open
And so life goes away, goes away

I felt you in that kiss,
in the absences, in the rubble
in oblivion, inside my memory
that fills me with sorrow

I feel you in oblivion
I felt you in the memory
I felt you everywhere
I felt you in my whole body

I know you’re close
I feel you raw,
knowing your back.

Insights in expansive times

By Vivianne Serendipia

My job wants me to answer emails as quickly as possible, memorize codes and learn tedious tasks that will be obsolete on the future closer that we can predict.

The economic system puts pressure on us to expand and grow the economy, but gives me zero incentive to expand and diversify my compassion. So we make an effort to maximize our productivity, when and where to invest, learn more about how to obtain individual success, while spending much less effort to understand the root causes of suffering. In this, we humans resemble other domestic animals.

We have bred docile cows that produce enormous quantities of milk but are in other respects far inferior to their wild ancestors. They are less agile, less curious, and less skilled. We are now creating meek humans who generate large amounts of data and function as efficient chips in a big data-processing engine. These data-marionettes by no means maximize human potential. In fact, we have no idea what the full human potential is, because we know so little about the human mind. And yet we barely invest in research into the human mind, instead focusing on increasing the speed of our internet connections and the efficiency of our big data algorithms. If we are not careful, we will end up with degraded humans who will misuse improved computers, and that will cause chaos in themselves and in the world. We are researching and developing human abilities primarily for the immediate needs of the economic and political system, ignoring our own long-term needs as organic beings.

We have little interest in the ability to appreciate the enjoyments like a good meal, good sleep, hobbies and interests. As a result, we check emails even during meals while losing the ability to pay attention to our own sensations. We need a new mindset to help us navigate this new world. With rapid change, rising levels of uncertainty and increasing stress, we must do more than manage our emotions.

We must upgrade our emotional intelligence and learn to create our emotions in advance.

The ability to proactively create our emotions rather than manage them in the moment, is a fundamental skill in an uncertain future. The old-world, slow pace of change gave us the illusion of certainty and stability. That world no longer exists. There is a wisdom to uncertainty that makes life interesting. If our future was predetermined, our life would be immensely boring and unfulfilling, but too much uncertainty can lead to high levels of stress and anxiety.

There must be a balance, a wisdom to uncertainty that makes life interesting. Your emotions are a mental habit. Mental habits, in contrast to physical, do not rest. If you are not proactive, they have the potential to drag you down and push you away, at least temporarily. There are three steps to creating emotions: mental focus, internal dialogue and physiology.

There is one certainty that we now know the certainty of our death.

An expansive mind will help navigate this in a healthy way.

Transformative change is not a linear process; it requires targeting points emphasizing a resonant relationship with a person you personally look up to, like a teacher, coach, boss, family member, friend or political leader. They have plagued humanity since we organized ourselves into civilizations. Once, we had an emotion that helped us survive became now a bug that kept us from elevating our lives.

Assimilate information effectively and rapidly. Be aware of and able to navigate this rapid growth in a healthy, effective and productive way. Identify relevant and reliable sources of information. Relevance determines the context of your mission/vision for life. There is very little time to waste on the multitude of distractions. It could be a challenge in the post-truth era of fake news.

Know when you need an expert. It is impossible to learn everything. You must ask and do your research when choosing an expert and when to defer to them.

Intentional transformation in technology looks to help us identify and bypass this bug to upgrade our operating system and adapt to our present times. Expansion mindset is the new level of thinking necessary for a new era of humanity. We are in an age of transformation. This new story of humanity is accelerating expansion. The expansion mindset looks to transform your inherent negativity bias into a more realistic, optimistic bias. The ultimate goal is to fully understand the true nature of “reality” that could become a bias in the near future.

Sarcasm is prohibited,
one would normally
walk down the street
Ashamed of its be=ingΩΩΩ

Kindness, respect, social harmony
Generating waste and discomfort
human beings need sarcasm
to get rid of distress

unresolved impulses that
if they were not channeled
the expression might push to violence
a destructive impulse covered.

If sarcasm were prohibited,
one would normally walk down
irony is a case of split insides.

Absurd but no message to produce

Oxygen, nitrogen, and argon

by Vivianne Serendipia

On a hungover night
trying to wake up
I noticed that by the navel
I began to deflate

My body wrinkled
Like a parchment paper
And it was happening,
how curious I feel a gaseous state

After the metamorphosis
I felt so much better
It was dark gray air
with enough pollution

This is noted, in any case
which was city air
not the healthiest
Human beings prefer

I dreamed for a moment
Oxygen, nitrogen, and argon
No definite shape or color
I was breathing air

As I am very aware
Even in this situation
I decided to be consistent
with my new dimension

And I tried to breathe
For the one who sleeps next to me
Without going into details
I know how to do better things

Not satisfied with a sexual experience
The vapors inflated me,
I became a hurricane
I did about three or four laps

And on the fifth I got tired
This room is very small
For the things that I dream
I dreamed for a moment that it was…

Oxygen, nitrogen, and argon
No definite shape or color
I was flying air
And the crystal that I loaded

I escaped through the window & dived
but i was unlucky about to go back
I became human again
do not miss the funeral

I dreamed for a moment that it was
Oxygen, nitrogen, and argon
No definite shape or color
I was life

in the middle of between
Notice that by the navel
Begging to deflate and wrinkle

Like a parchment paper
And become a state
to the gaseous state
And after the metamorphosis
Feeling much better

Dark gray air with a lot of pollution
The case sense was city air
Although it is not the healthiest

Dreamed for a moment i was
fire, air, earth, and water
No definite shape or color
Very aware even in this situation

Decided to be consistent
with my new dimension
And try to do tai chi
Sorry the one who sleeps next to me

Without going into details
I know how to do better things
But that does not satisfy me
I became a natural disaster

I’m sorry for my gal
the crystal carries me
escaping the unlucky
do not miss the last day
